I'm a Master Certified Life Coach and Consultant passionate about my clients connecting to their strengths and their mission.
I spent a decade running a creative agency and working with clients ranging from medical to political. Through that experience, I gained a deep appreciation for the power of our narratives, messaging, and communication with ourselves and others.
Whether it's consulting political or PR campaigns or coaching leaders and entrepreneurs, I love when my clients are leading from a place of connection and power.
I currently reside in beautiful Colorado Springs, in the shadow of Pike's Peak. When not consulting or coaching, I'm often hiking with friends, a camera, a book, or I'm leading a prayer retreat for faith leaders.

Why Coaching?
I fell in love with coaching as it empowers you to bring forward your own agency and problem-solving skills. This empowerment is a dynamic approach that I often pull into other areas of my practice.
If you contract me to consult on a campaign or project, we'll work together to identify the messaging, audience, connection, and strategy to achieve marketing or organizational success.
If you contract me for the coaching process, we win by finding the necessary shifts in perspective and pattern to not only solve their immediate problem but set you up for greater long-term success through better strategy and narrative.

Why "Smart Raven?"
Smart Raven came from my appreciation for a rather clever and endearing family of birds that are some of nature's best problem solvers. Within coaching, the conversation returns to: "How does this benefit you?" We must distinguish between selfishness and self-care. There are few things as exciting as seeing you take full agency and ownership of your life and begin to solve problems from new angles.
