Who is coaching meant for?

Coaching is for anyone! Coaching is a dynamic tool for self-challenge and growth at all stages and roles. For anything from personal growth to finding more fulfillment in your business, coaching will help write the next chapter.

Coaching is great for:

What is difference between Coaching, Counseling, Consulting, and Career Mentorship?

While similarities exist within approach or positive impact there are some key distinctions to consider when building out your "self-work" team.

Consultants are hired to address and/or solve a specific business or industry concern. Consultants provide direct feedback connected to a problem.

Coaches collaborate on shifting perspective, developing strategy, and achieving goals set by you. Coaches guide self-discovery and problem-solving.

Counselors address mental health concerns and diagnoses. Treatment style ranges by the counselor and presenting issue.

Career mentors guide you as an expert in your field of work. Mentors provide support and advisement from a specific field of expertise.

What does the Client - Coach Relationship look like?

I'm a collaborative partner in your journey. The distinction between coaching and consulting is centered on you. Great coaching is a reflective inquiry as you set goals, solve problems, and discover your unique strengths and strategies. My job is to help you bring that out in yourself.

Requests for direct advice from a coach are often returned with an invitation to explore the perspectives and patterns connected to your goal.

How long is the coaching process?

The overall process and number of sessions depends on you. The pace and frequency of sessions vary depending on your specific goals.

Typically, coaching is 1-3 months. You are always welcome to come back at a later date to address a different goal, problem, or shift.

Some clients also use coaching as an ongoing tool for accountability and growth.

I always let you dictate how often and how long coaching relationships last.

What is the format for sessions?

Sessions are held in-person or over Zoom and are 45 minutes - 1 hour long.

Coaching sessions are centered on productive dialogue exploring self-discovery.

Your sessions are a time and place for no judgment. You have the freedom to grow, a place to stretch and develop new skills, and reflect and continue your journey.

Do you host groups or workshops for self development?

I do! Our single-day workshops offer a dynamic introduction to coaching and self-work. They are a powerful kickstart for individuals or teams looking to reframe and strategize their direction forward.

What results can I expect from a coaching process?

As you lead the process, results are connected to the goals you set for yourself.

Typical results can look like:

You offer both Coaching and Consulting. What is the distinction?

Coaching is a dynamic and collaborative tool for driven individuals in any space or role to discover and develop into more empowered and formidable individuals.

With my background in marketing, business, and politics, I also offer consulting for leaders in non-profit, civic, and business spaces that want to specifically address organizational concerns or develop their ability to connect and lead with their employees, teams, and constituents.

I have consulted on political campaigns specifically in the areas of messaging, branding, team development, and leader development.

Contracts, Rainchecks, Refunds, Missed appointments

Cancellations require 24-hour notice outside of medical emergencies. Missed appointments within 24-hours of the session are billed normally.

If payment was prepaid as part of a package, sessions can be rescheduled if requested 24-hours ahead of the session.

Payment is made 24-hours prior to the session.

As billing is based on my time and value, no refund is offered post-session. Clients are expected to arrive on time, ready to hold a collaborative conversation focused on their own goals, hurdles, and growth.

The coaching process is meant for those committed and driven to do the work of self-growth.

All terms are agreed to within the contract prior to the first coaching session. There are no refunds for remaining sessions in a contract term more than 50% completed.
